‘The development of an art practice’ open through Dec. 6

Clackamas Community College is hosting a Portland State University Art Practices thesis exhibition by CCC alum Justin Taylor open through Dec. 6 in the Alexander Gallery.

Taylor’s exhibit is divided into two unique spaces. The first showcases finalized works and the second uses the space for creating. In “The Development of an Art Practice,” Taylor explores the process of “making” and showcases a series of acrylic and mixed media paintings.

This exhibition is free and open to the public. The gallery, located in the Niemeyer Center on the Oregon City campus, is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For questions, contact Kate Simmons at 503-594-3032 or kates@clackamas.edu.
