On your mark, get set, GO!
The second Clackamas Community College
Cougar 5K run is coming up on May 28.
With all of the proceeds going to mental health
and the school’s counseling department, it’s a
good opportunity to help others and have fun
yourself.
The course will include more than 20 obstacles,
ranging from a rope climb to a sniper crawl, with
a slip and slide to end it all. All of the obstacles
are optional. The course is family friendly.
Registration is $30 for the public and $25 for
students with current school ID. The best way to
register is to go to www.active.com and click on
the link that says Clackamas Cougar run 2016.
The fee includes the 5K run, a T-shirt and a
barbecue lunch.
ASG is also willing to take donations if you are
unable to attend the event.
Registration will be open on the day of the
event starting at 8 a.m. Check in starts at 9 a.m.
and the run begins at 10 a.m. Runners will be
sent in different groups in five minute intervals.
Parking for the event will be in the Niemeyer
parking lot on the northwest side of the campus
off of N Douglas Loop, by the Family Resource
Center.
