A food drive is happening during Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week. This year the food drive will be Thanksgiving themed.

People can bring nonperishable Thanksgiving food to the Cougar Cave as a donation. Students can sign up to receive a food box by emailing Annissa Rhynnders at

annissa.rhynders@clackamas.edu.

Those interested in a food box can let Rhynders know their food preferences—vegetarian/vegan, kid friendly, allergies or religious needs.

Thanksgiving food boxes will be given out Nov 25-27.

Up to 20 boxes will include a $20 gift card to Safeway. The Cougar Cave will also be receiving a huge donation from Safeway again this year—third year in a row—on Nov. 20.
